Buying a practice

Tell us the size, the sector and the patch, and we will bring you practices before they reach anybody else — because they never reach anybody else.

The good ones are never advertised.

By the time a practice is being circulated widely, every buyer in the country has already seen it, and you are bidding against people who know exactly what you know. We work the other way round: we build a register of buyers first, and match instructions to it.

Matched, not blasted

You hear about practices that fit your size, sector and geography. You will not get a weekly email full of firms you would never buy.

Whole firms and fee blocks

Plenty of owners want to shed a payroll book or a group of clients rather than sell up. Those rarely surface anywhere else.

Support after the handshake

Diligence, funding introductions, and integration help if you want it. Buying the practice is the easy half; keeping the clients is the other one.

Current instructions.

Everything on this page is here because its owner asked us to advertise it. Most of our instructions never appear here at all — they are shown only to named buyers, one at a time. Advertising is a choice each seller makes, and they can withdraw it at any point. We are taking our first instructions now, so the three below show the format rather than live practices.

Register as a buyer.

It takes two minutes, it costs nothing, and it puts you on the list before the next instruction goes out. We will come back to you to understand what you are actually looking for.

What will you ask me for?

Your target fee size, the sectors and regions you want, how you intend to fund it, and roughly when you want to complete. Nothing you would not tell a seller anyway.

Do you arrange the finance?

No. Funding your purchase is entirely your side of the deal — we do not arrange it, introduce it, or take anything from anyone who does. What we will do is make sure the information your lender asks for is ready, because that is usually what holds a deal up.

How much detail do I get before signing an NDA?

Region, fee size, recurring percentage, staff numbers, handover expectations and the reason for sale. Enough to decide whether it is worth your time. The firm is not named until the NDA is signed and the seller has agreed to the introduction.

What is your practice worth? Free, confidential, and no obligation

We will not contact anyone else about your firm, and nothing is published anywhere unless you ask us to.

Looking for your next acquisition?

Register once and we will match you against instructions as they come on.
